Hepburn Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Cliff Hepburn of Reading, Vermont. As a one-man operation, I perform every inspection myself using modern tools and proven methods to identify defects.

I applied my interest in building science and building systems to a range of residential renovation projects, gaining comprehensive, hands-on knowledge across major components of a home. My experience includes plumbing systems (from fixture to stack), electrical systems (from meter to receptacles), structural elements (including beams and framing), and exterior assemblies such as roofing and siding. Combined with the business expertise I’ve developed over many years, this foundation created a natural transition into establishing a home inspection practice.

Rest assured, additionally Vermont requires property inspectors to complete training through an authorized education provider to become licensed. I received Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) status from training through International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
